Arriving in America

BILSTEIN supports the integration of its staff

Emigrating to a country like the US always means a lot of changes for those concerned. In addition to the new language, you above all have to deal with the cultural differences and learn the habits and customs.

So that the move to the new BILSTEIN location in Bowling Green (Kentucky) goes smoothly for half a dozen BILSTEIN employees and their families, the company has organised intercultural training at the WKU. Here the employees like Ralf Lessmeier and his family learn what is important for their integration in America.

The cooperation between the WKU and BILSTEIN has resulted in a scholarship for Americans who want to get to know our culture through an exchange.
